Andrea Bowen is an American actress from America. Andrea Bowen began her career as an actor on Broadway in musicals like Les Miserables or The Sound of Music. She began to play the character of Julie Mayer in the ABC comedy drama series Desperate Housewives. This role was regularly played until the year 2008. Julie Alexandra Mayer was born to Susan Delfino, and Karl Mayer. Growing up Julie was the perfect daughter for Susan and Karl. She was often viewed as the mom of their marriage as she cooked, cleaned and even offered her mother dating advice. Andrea Bowen played Amy on the Station 19 season 5 episode "All I Have for Christmas Is You".
